Hydro Testing

Pressure testing support before pipeline commissioning

Hydro Testing

What Hydro Testing involves

Hydro testing verifies the integrity of a completed pipeline section before commissioning. The test section is isolated, filled with water, pressurized under an approved procedure and monitored for the required hold period before controlled depressurization and dewatering.

How we support the work

Our site team coordinates manpower, operators, access and equipment around the approved client scope. Execution is sequenced so each work front is ready for the next pipeline activity with minimal avoidable delay.

Typical scope

  • Test-section preparation and isolation support
  • Filling and air-removal assistance
  • Pressurization equipment setup support
  • Pressure / hold-period monitoring assistance
  • Controlled depressurization and dewatering
  • Post-test site restoration support

Common applications

  • New pipeline sections
  • Tie-in completion verification
  • Commissioning preparation
  • Pipeline integrity work
